The space

The lower floor of the home has a main entryway with laundry, and two separate apartments.

The first apartment is an efficiency suite with a queen bed, bathroom with large walk-in shower, and kitchenette.

The second apartment has a full custom kitchen, pullout couch, and separate bedroom with a queen bed. The apartment also includes a full bathroom with tub and shower.

Each unit/apartment has their own private entry off the main entrance to the property. If the property is rented out by separate bookings, then the guests should expect to share the outdoor spaces, parking, and the laundry facilities in the main entryway of the home with other guests.

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement sent via dotloop prior to their stay. Please make sure to review any information provided by the host and rental company regarding your stay at the Salty Palm.
